1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win prizes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sweeps Coins (SC) are a free promotional entry. SC cannot be purchased. SC are awarded free through several methods, including the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Void where prohibited. Not available to residents of: [LIST OF EXCLUDED STATES TO BE FINALIZED BY COUNSEL].
3. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To request free Sweeps Coins by mail, send a hand-written request on a 4x6 inch index card. The card must contain, in legible blue ink:
- Your full legal name
- The email address associated with your Downhill Picks account
- Your full mailing address
- The date of writing
- The statement: "I request free Sweeps Coins from Downhill Picks and agree to the Sweepstakes Rules."
Mail the card in a stamped envelope to:

Limits
- One entry per envelope.
- One envelope per person per day, based on postmark date.
- Each valid entry receives 1.00 SC.
- Processing time: 2-4 weeks from postmark date.
- Entries with missing required information will not be processed and will not be returned.
4. Sweeps Coins redemption
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes once a minimum balance and any required playthrough is met, and once identity verification has been completed. Redemption details, including state availability and minimum balances, will be made available on the redemption page and updated as needed.
5. Taxes
Prize values may be reported as taxable income. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Downhill Picks may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize values meeting reporting thresholds.
